Non-rotation Screw Jack with Square Tube

For translating screw jacks, key-way is a common way to realize the anti-rotation for the screw jack.In fact, there is another way,that is to use a special square tube.


A square guide tube is attached to either the top or bottom of the Screw Jack. A square bronze nut is attached to the end of the Lifting Screw which is then fitted inside the tube, preventing rotation.


Application: Mostly used on larger Jacks and where the lifting load is high in relationship to the Nominal Capacity or where the travel is long. Please note input torques required will increase by approximately 8%.

Our commonly used worm gear screw lifts have a total of four screw top end types: plain end, top plate, threaded, and clevis end. These four functions are different, and customers can choose different end types according to their actual use. Worm gear screw lifts are divided into two types according to the structural form. The electric linear actuator is a device that converts the rotational motion of an electric motor into linear motion (push or pull movement) and it can be used anywhere a machine pushes or pulls a load, raises or lowers a load, roughly positions a load, or rotates a load.
