How often should I change the oil in the gearbox?

Usually Lude bevel gearboxes are filled with gear oil for normal operation before leaving the factory and are ready for use.The standard gear oil is HD320~680.
Notes:Delivered gearboxes by air/express without gear oil.To prevent the gearbox leak,we do inject gear oil to inspect them,after that, exhaust the gear oil before shipment.


Normal working conditions, after 300 work hours, first time to inject grease. After that,each time per 1500 work hours.

Screw Jack Screw Top End Type & Function

Our commonly used worm gear screw lifts have a total of four screw top end types: plain end, top plate, threaded, and clevis end. These four functions are different, and customers can choose different end types according to their actual use. Worm gear screw lifts are divided into two types according to the structural form. Type I namely translating type, above four end types are available, Type II,namely rotating type, only plain end and threaded end are available . Electric Linear Actuator for Sluice Gate

The electric linear actuator is a device that converts the rotational motion of an electric motor into linear motion (push or pull movement) and it can be used anywhere a machine pushes or pulls a load, raises or lowers a load, roughly positions a load, or rotates a load. It is has similar function as worm gear screw jack. As we have mentioned in early articles , t he trapezoidal worm gear screw jack can be used for sluice gate. In fact, electric linear actuator can also be used for sluice gate, usually it is light duty gate. The following picture shows l ighter duty Stainless Steel or Aluminum frames and blades using a compact controller system and Linear Actuators . The Maximum Stroke of Screw Jack

Sometimes customers ask"What is the maximum stroke of the screw jack?" Today let's learn something about the long travel of the screw jack. Usually the maximum travel of a single worm screw jack lift is 3-4M. If this length is exceeded, the screw rod is easily to get deformed and bent during use, especially when the jack is used to raise the object. Larger Screw Jacks have their maximum raise / stroke available limited only by the available length of bar stock from suppliers (note - special steel production runs can be organised for special applications) and the practical ability to handle, machine and transport the lead screw and the complete screw jack. Practical lengths will also be affected by whether the screw is to be subjected to compression or tension loads.
