What is keyed screw jack?

The keyed screw jack usually means acme screw jack with anti-rotation function.
Some loads are not allowed to rotate with the screw. These applications require a keyed screw jack. A key, fixed to the jack housing and inserted in a keyway milled into the lifting screw, forces the lifting screw to translate without rotating.

Our commonly used worm gear screw lifts have a total of four screw top end types: plain end, top plate, threaded, and clevis end. These four functions are different, and customers can choose different end types according to their actual use. Worm gear screw lifts are divided into two types according to the structural form. Type I namely translating type, above four end types are available, Type II,namely rotating type, only plain end and threaded end are available . The electric linear actuator is a device that converts the rotational motion of an electric motor into linear motion (push or pull movement) and it can be used anywhere a machine pushes or pulls a load, raises or lowers a load, roughly positions a load, or rotates a load.
