Lifting Platform

Lifting platform is a comprehensive application of worm screw jack and bevel gear box. It has extensive applications in practical work.


Gerally,SWL screw lift can only lift a single object, or lift a fixed small platform, but for large platforms, can only be achieved by combining multiple screw jacks. For example, there is now a platform with a length of 2.5 meters, a width of 1.6 meters, a load of 35 tons and a lifting speed of 100 mm/min. For such a situation, a single lift must be inoperable. Consider using four 20-ton worm screw lift, three T8 bevel gear boxes, and one 5.5-kW motor, and one reducer to reduce the motor speed and achieve a greater lifting capacity.


There are many arrangements to combine the screw jack and the gear box. The simplest is the straight type, followed by the T type, there are U type, H type, H development type, 2H type, two sets, four sets, eight sets can be combined. Even more lifts operate synchronously. Specific but also according to the actual situation and develop a suitable program.
